Between Heaven And Hell
Lies A Sky Of Pain
Upon This Threshold I Dwell
Standing In The Rain

I Now Stand At Times Edge
Just Beyond A Misplaced Thought
Worthless Lessons Learned
Overshadow All I've Been Taught

I've Climbed A Mountain
To Seek The Meaning Of My Life
I Reach For The Hand Of God
To Find My Sight

I Absorb The Majesty
Of God's Divine Hand
And The Beauty Of The Mountain
Upon Which I Stand

I've Disgraced Myself In The Past
I Once Thought I Was Damned
I Now Seek God's Wisdom
For I'm Only A Man

At The Mountains Peak,
My Heavenly Father And I
It's God's Grace I Seek
As I Close My Eyes

I've Disconnected Myself
From The Rest Of The World
Within The Sky , Above The Earth
A Million Feet High

Serenity Is Easily Found Upon The Summit
I'm Walking Through The Clouds
I've Strayed Away From The World
I'm Far From It Now , Only To My Lord

I Have Few Worldly Possessions Left
My Past Life Has Unraveled
For Peace Within Myself  Is My Quest

My Worldly Wants Were Not My Needs
Greed And Lust Clouded My Thoughts
I Did As I Pleased
I Now Live With The Pain It Brought

I Know Not Where I'm Going
As I Step Into Tomorrow
For In Faith I'm Growing
No Longer Seeking Sorrow

I Awoke In A Dream
The Nightmares Have Subsided
The Dawn Is Approaching
Another Day Of Life My Lord Has Provided

A Light Shines Upon Me

Overpowered By Hatred And Greed

A Carnal Desire
Starts The Killers Fire
Satan's Hand Holds The Knife
Satan's Eyes Share His Sight
To Crave Bloodshed
To Take A Life

The Liars Desire
Is To Help You Conspire
Has The Tongue Of A Serpent
Caught Your Ear
Or Is It Mankind's Genuine
Voice We Hear

The Bitterness Within The Words He Speaks
Twisted Are His Lies
Watch As He Drowns In Deceit
Deeply Distraught , Denying Defeat
Now He's Been Caught
Who Did He Really Cheat

Shall We Hide From The Hand Of Fate
Confused And Deceived
The Fiery Fate Awaits
Abused In Their Defeat
No Pearly Gates

If You Feed The Fire
You Could Be Consumed
If You Restrain Certain Desires
